Private Coaching with Me

​Private coaching includes unlimited communication with me and custom programming released on a weekly basis that I can adjust during the week if necessary. This allows me to continually modify and refine your programming based on what kind of program you progress with the best, flexibly work around speed bumps along the way, and improve accountability to the program through a partnership!
All programming will be done through the coaching software Training Peaks, and the purchase buttons will take you to their website to sign up for your chosen product. It will connect you to my coaching account and I will reach out to you via email or phone to schedule our consultation call. Training Peaks allows me to provide endurance programming that syncs to your Garmin watch, and it will lead you through the workout, it beeps at you when to change intensities or if you are above or below the desired intensity. When you save the workout from your watch, all your performance analytics will be uploaded to Training Peaks for me to review. You are led through all the strength workouts from the app on your phone, with quick access video links for every exercise and the ability to record all your weights/reps completed for me to review and track your progress!
I will also send you my Course, which is a 70-slide power point with audio recordings on every slide (there are 3.5 hours of total audio, it is not necessary to listen to all of it, but it can really help expand on the topics). It will help you get to know me, the training system you are about to be a part of, and it provides a lot of great practical application tips. It will help if you familiarize yourself with as much of it as you have time for before our initial consultation phone call!
