These three programs all follow my philosophy and create a system of training that prepares you for a career of performance.

Build Strength That Carries Over When It Counts

- Best for Military, Fire, and Law Enforcement. 

- This is my proven strength system among tactical professionals in the Military, Police, Fire Departments, and the civilian athlete that is trying to push limits with endurance performance but wants to remain hard to kill.

- It builds strength with 5-3-1 methodologies and explosiveness with French Contract Training.
- It improves metabolic conditioning with circuit training workouts at the end of each session that change each week for variability. They include strategies like AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible), timed circuits, pyramid circuits, chippers, and others!

- Main strength movement = HIP HINGE (Deadlift), Main Accessory = LUNGE, Endurance = SQUAT.

- This program is all about strength and performance improvement outside of the weightroom and is effective in building muscle.

- It is a beginner to intermediate lifting program, with access to a good gym or a nice home gym necessary.

Durable athletes outperform fit athletes

-Best for Runners. 

- This strength system is ideal for the endurance athletes that would like to improve their performance, take their strength training to the next level, and stay uninjured. 

- It is also perfect for the former bodybuilder or powerlifter that is new to running and wants to really improve their runnng performance while maintianing their strength. 

- It builds strength with tri-phasic methodologies and explosiveness with more plyometrics than other Transcend Endurance strength systems.

- Main strength movement = LUNGE, Main Accessory = HIP HINGE (Deadlift), Endurance = SQUAT. 
- It builds muscular endurance with the use of Wenning Warmups at the beginning of each workout, which is a time efficient way to warm up with circuit training while getting in productive training volume.

- It is an beginner to intermediate lifting program, with access to a good gym or a nice home gym necessary. However, I have run this system in my own training as an advanced athlete, and it was a game changer! (perfecting the basics is a valuable strategy).

Get stronger without hurting endurance. 

Best for Runners and Elite Tactical Athletes (SFAS, RASP, and Ranger School Candidates, etc.).

- This is my signature strength system that I have found so successful with hundreds of elite tactical athletes and civilian endurance athletes. 

- It is a perfect balance between strength and endurance, with a strong emphasis on absolute strength improvement and will build a moderate amount of dense lean muscle mass. 

- It also includes signature upper body muscular endurance strategies that are also used in my elite tactical programs for push up improvement. 

- It builds strength with cluster methodologies and explosiveness with clean pulls, snatch pulls, and jumps. 

- Main strength movement = SQUAT, Main Accessory = HIP HINGE (Deadlift), Endurance = LUNGE. 

- It builds muscular endurance for running and uphill performance. 

- It is an intermediate to advanced lifting program, with access to a good gym or a nice home gym necessary.
