Distance punishes inefficiency.

- Trust this endurance system that has forged Boston qualifying elite marathon runners, and prepared soldiers for the Best Ranger Competition and Special Forces Assessment and Selection.

- Structured training using heart rate, pace, and effort zones.

- Builds aerobic base, speed, and peaks with race-specific performance. 

- The marathon requires long-term commitment and will change you for the rest of your life!

- From beginner to advanced programs (Level 1 has a low barrier to entry of just 12-15 miles per week).  

- 19 week programs but may be shortened to 15 weeks, with your race day being on the last day of the program.

Mileage doesn't cause injuries, weakness does. 

-The Half Marathon is an amazing distance to dip your toes into the long distance world, and it offers a very achievable training/life balance for most to thrive year after year. 

-Do not underestimate it! The distance will challenge you, both physically and mentally. 

-Elite endurance methodologies that have been successful with thousands of soldiers and endurance athletes.

- It can be an incredibly effective endurance program to train for military schools or for Hyrox events. 

- Beginner to advanced versions available. 

- 18-week programs but may be shortened to 14 weeks, with your race day being on the last day of the program.

- Great for getting back into running or to work speed in the offseason of your long-distance races. 

- Also very effective to simultaneously prepare for the 2 mile and 4 mile run tests in the military.

- 12 week programs but may be shortened to 8 weeks, with your race day being on the last day of the program.
